§ Mr. ORMSBY-GOREasked the Prime Minister whether the proposals of the Milner Mission regarding the future of Egypt have yet been officially communicated to the Government; and whether, when the full Report of the Milner Mission is laid as a Parliamentary Paper, the Government will announce to both Houses of Parliament their decisions regarding the carrying out, or otherwise, of the proposals of the Mission?
§ The PRIME MINISTERThe answer to the first part of the question is in the negative: and to the second, that the Government will come to a decision on the subject as soon as possible, but not necessarily simultaneously with the publication of the Report.
