§ Sir A. WILLIAMSONI think that the conditions were made as clear as they could possibly be. I am, however, prepared to consider any cases where the conditions under which a reserved right could be exercised may not have been clear to the individual. The soldier concerned should make application through the usual channels to his regimental pay master.
