HC Deb 24 November 1920 vol 135 c454W
Brigadier-General COLVIN

asked the Secretary of State for India if it is the case that revision of the assessment of pension has been refused to a retired Indian Army officer who served during the War as paid secretary of a county Territorial association on the ground that this was not paid military service; and whether he is aware that Territorial secretaries were ordered to wear uniform during the War, and that it has been decided that such service was military service?

Mr. CHURCHILL

My right hon. Friend has asked me to reply. The question is receiving attention, but I regret that I cannot make any statement on the subject at present.
