§ Major TRYONAs regards the first part of the question, I would refer my hon. and gallant Friend to the answer given to the hon. Member for Spen Valley (Mr. Myers) on the 18th November. The inquiry is concerned solely with the administrative machinery of the Ministry, 445W and the difficulty referred to would, therefore, be outside the scope of the Committee's investigation.
