HC Deb 23 November 1920 vol 135 cc246-7W
Sir J. D. REES

asked the First Commissioner of Works when the allotments within and just without, to the west of, Kensington Gardens will be removed, and the public again be placed in possession of their immemorial rights?

Sir A. MOND

The allotments in question will be surrendered on or before the 28th February next, and the ground restored to the public as soon as it has been reinstated. The reinstatement will take from twelve months to two years, according to the conditions of the weather.
