HC Deb 03 May 1920 vol 128 c1731W
Mr. SWAN

asked the Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he has any official information that a Bolshevik revolution has broken out in Jugoslavia?

Mr. HARMSWORTH

No such information has been received. A railway strike is now taking place in the Serb-Croat-Slovene Kingdom, and in some places a general strike has been declared in sympathy. It is stated that the military came into conflict with the strikers at Laibach, and that there were casualties.
