§ Mr. SHORTTI am not aware of any Regulation to the eflect suggested. If the hon. Member refers to the General Early 'Closing Order under No. 10B of the Defence of the Realm Regulations, I would point out that the sale of refreshments for consumption on the premises is expressly exempted from the operation of that Order.
