§ Mr. NEALThe question of the use of water power is being inquired into by the Water Power Resources Committee, appointed by the Board of Trade and the Ministry of Health, of which Sir John Snell, the Chief Electricity Commissioner, is Chairman. That Committee are drafting their report, to which it will be the duty of the Electricity Commissioners to give the necessary consideration.
