MONDI regret that it has not yet been found possible to arrive at a decision on the offer made by the Commissioners of the Chelsea Royal Hospital regarding the Burton Court Site, but negotiations are proceeding. The question is bound up with the future organisation of the Ministry of Pensions with whom I am in Communication.
