§ Sir R. SANDERSIt has not been considered necessary to appoint a Departmental Committee at the Admiralty to advise upon the future constitution of the Navy and Army Canteen Board. The answer to the second part of the question is in the affirmative; and to the last part, that the Admiralty is represented by the Fourth Sea Lord on the Inter-Departmental Committee on Canteen Organisation now sitting at the War Office.
