§ Mr. CHURCHILLThe pay of the Royal Air Force personnel and the1972W running expenses of Royal Air Force machines employed at Hendon on the 3rd July are normal charges already provided for in the Estimates under the relevant Votes. I am not aware that there are any other charges to be met from public funds, though there was also a trifling expenditure of old or surplus stores which do not require replacement. The question of Parliamentary sanction does not arise.
