§ Mr. NEALThe answer to the first part of my hon. and gallant Friend's question is in the negative. The second part does not, therefore, arise. As to the last part, I would remind the hon. and gallant Member that the privilege in question has been of long standing, and in view of the temporary relationship existing between the Government and railways, it cannot conveniently come under review.
