§ Colonel YATEasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the War Office whether the same rule has been applied to officers of the Army as was applied to officers of the Navy in the new rules for naval officers' pay published in July last, laying down that officers who became due for compulsory retirement during the War but continued to serve on the active list would be treated as retired and called-up officers from the date when such retirement was due, and would be paid accordingly with retrospective effect to 4th August, 1919?
