§ Mr. CHURCHILLThe visit referred to was the official inspection of the Army of the Rhine by the Army Council, which was represented by the Secretary of State, Chief of the Imperial General Staff, Adjutant-General, Deputy Adjutant-General, and Military Secretary. No estimate can be given of the cost involved, which was very small. Mrs. Churchill and Lady Chetwode were the guests of Sir William Robertson during this visit.
