§ Mr. BALDWINNo information is available as to the incidence of this tax in the case of the various classes of taxpayers, and, in view of the labour involved in the preparation of detailed statistics of this character, my right hon. Friend cannot in existing conditions undertake a classification of the various groups of trades and businesses from 677W which payments of Excess Profits Duty have been received.
