§ Mr. KELLAWAYThe Government rolling mills at Southampton were engaged during the War in the manufacture of cartridge cases and of metal strip. Negotiations are proceeding for the sale of the factory. It would not be in the public interest at the present moment to give the information with regard to cost for which my hon. and gallant Friend asks.
