§ Mr. MUNROUnder the sheep-breeding scheme the Board supply tups to crofters, common grazings, and other duly constituted committees in the seven Highland counties. The number supplied in 1918 was 733, a charge of 10s. per tup for the service season being made. In addition, the Board assist committees to hire tups from neighbouring farmers, and in 1918 grants up to 30s. per tup were paid in respect of the hire of 327 animals.
