asked the Minis-tar of Health if he has information to show to what extent, if any, the largely increased cost of providing houses for the working classes is attributable to less output or work per head of men employed on such work now as compared with the pro-war period?

Dr. ADDISON

I am afraid I cannot give any precise information on this point, but it is obvious that a reduction of out put must operate seriously in the direction of increasing the cost of Building.
