M'NEILLasked the Secretary of State for War if he is aware that Private Alfred Frederick Arnold, who enlisted in the Buffs on the 7th April, 1919, is a boy of seventeen years and five months, and that he enlisted without the consent and against the wishes of his guardian; and if, under these circumstances, instructions will be given for the immediate discharge of Arnold from the Army?
