§ Sir R. HORNEAt 7th November the number of persons drawing out-of-work donation was, approximately, as follows: Ex-Service men, 336,000; civilian men, 99,000; and civilian women, 30,000. The corresponding figures at 2nd May, 1919, were: Ex-Service men, 402,000; civilian men, 214,000; and civilian women, 422,000.
