DAVIES (Clitheroe)asked the President of the Board of Education whether he will favourably consider the question of returning the whole of the superannuation premiums of teachers who died whilst serving in the Forces, together with 5 per cent, cumulative interest, to the next-of-kin of these men who died under circumstances entirely outside their professional duties?
