§ Dr. ADDISONThe Regulations permitting the erection of wooden and other1338W buildings which do not comply with local by-laws remain in operation for the next three years, but they do not limit the period during which these buildings may be allowed to be used for human habitation. It is manifest that the occupation of houses of this character erected during' this period should be permitted during the life of the house whilst kept in a properly secure and habitable condition.
