§ Mr. CHURCHILLThe Regulations governing the conditions of service in the Regular Army have already been published in Army Orders and other instructions and are available for general information at any Recruiting Office. Recruiting for the Special Reserve has not yet been reopened, and the conditions in regard to that branch of the Service are under consideration.
