§ Mr. PENNEFATHERasked the Minister of Labour whether the Government propose to adopt the Rothband or any other scheme in regard to the employment of disabled ex-Service men; and, if so, what the proposals are?
§ Sir R. HORNEI have recently examined carefully the details of a scheme for the employment of ex-Service men which seems to me to be feasible and desirable. It is necessary to put the scheme before the Labour Resettlement Committee for their consideration and I hope to be able to announce a decision in the matter at an early date.
