§ Dr. MACNAMARAIn the case of Civil servants who are ordinarily allowed annual leave with pay, sanction has been given for the addition of one week to the ordinary allowance during the present year. This applies to those classes of employés at the dockyards who are ordinarily entitled to annual leave with pay. Annual leave with pay is not allowed for established workmen in the dockyard.
