  1. 5. The Board of Selection will take into account general physical suitability, leaving to the Civil Service Commission strict medical investigation of candidates.

  2. 6. No candidate will be passed who cannot be sent to any climate.
  3. 7. The loss of a limb will not in itself be regarded as a disqualification, but the loss of sight, deafness, or a bad stammer will be so regarded.
