§ Mr. CROOKSasked the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that men returning from the Forces to their old employment in the Army Ordnance Department, Woolwich, are being reinstated in the positions held by them prior to the War, whilst temporary employés who have never been in the Forces have been promoted and are now in positions superior to the men who enlisted; whether this is the considered policy of the Department; and whether it can be reconsidered?
