§ Mr. HAYDN JONESasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Shipping Controller if he will state how many miles of roads and railways have been constructed and are being maintained in connection with the national shipyards at Portbury, Chepstow, and Beachley, and what sum of money has been expended on the same up to the 1st June, 1919, including expenditure on existing roads; and whether such expenditure is in addition to the £4,250,000 stated to have been spent on the scheme?
