Sir ARTHUR BOSCAWENIn answer to the first part of the question the landing of animals from any foreign country except for slaughter at the port of landing is prohibited under the Diseases of Animals Act, 1894, as amended by the Act of 1896. With regard to the second and third parts of the question, I would refer the hon. and gallant Member to the answer given to the hon. Member for Dundee on 2nd May.
