§ Lieut. - Commander KENWORTHYasked the Financial Secretary to the War 'Office whether Miss Ida S. A. Beaver, who was gazetted to the Army Ordnance Department on 10th July, 1915, who holds a card stamped by the Director of Supplies, British Expeditionary Force (O.S.R., 3592, dated 21st April, 1916), stating that she had the status of an officer, and who was informed by War Office Letter 6,052 (Q.B. 2), dated 22nd January, 1919, that her commission would be terminated on the expiration of leave, is entitled to a war service gratuity, as an officer; and, if so, at what rate?
§ Mr. FORSTERMiss Beaver was gazetted as a lady superintendent, and is not entitled to any of the emoluments of an officer.
