Mr. ROBERTSThere are already two national kitchens and eleven distributing centres at Kingston-upon-Hull. The set ting up of these establishments rests with1164W the local authority, but if application is made for a canteen at the docks my Department is prepared to render full assistance, and, in the event of the scheme being approved, to arrange for the advance of the necessary capital, repayable free of interest in ten years.
