Lieut.-Colonel A. HERBERTasked the Home Secretary whether he will consider the justice of raising the pensions of police constables who left the force before 1914 to the same level as the scale of pensions paid to constables who have left the force since 1914, seeing that equal pensions for equal services is a reasonable request?
