§ Mr. CHURCHILLThe answer to the first part of the hon. Member's question is in the affirmative. As regards the remainder of the question, it is proposed to staff the depot with personnel of the Royal Army Ordnance Corps supplemented by civilian labour. The latter will be obtained, as far as possible, from ex-soldiers, if suitable for the special work to be performed.
