§ Mr. WARDLEIt has been decided to include in the out-of-work donation scheme as modified for Ireland merchant seamen who were employed for not less than three months prior to 25th November, 1918, under a contract of service in accordance with the Merchant Shipping Act, and who were, in respect of such employment, contributors under the National Health Insurance Scheme.
