§ Mr. WARDLEI presume my hon. Friend refers to the local employment committee associated with the Holloway Employment Exchange. During the period from December, 1918, to June, 1919, the committee have held eleven meetings, at which the attendances have varied from seven to thirteen, the average being nine or ten. The total membership of the committee is twenty-two.
