§ Mr. JAMES HOPEAny civilian observer employed by the Royal Aircraft Establishment, South Farnborough, whose remuneration does not exceed £250 per annum, and who sustains an injury arising out of and in the course of his employment, would be dealt with under the terms of the Workmen's Compensation Acts or of the Government scheme there under, if he had accepted the latter. A civilian observer of that establishment with remuneration exceeding £250 per annum would be dealt with in accordance with the terms of a special Warrant of the Treasury under Section 1 of the Superannuation Act, 1887, a copy of which is being transmitted to my Noble Friend.
