HC Deb 27 February 1919 vol 112 c1991W
Lieutenant-Colonel ARCHERSHEE

asked the Secretary of State for War whether arrangements could be made under which discharged disabled officers and soldiers might be afforded the opportunity of purchasing surplus Government cars and motor cycles at a cheap rate either for cash or deferred payments, more especially for those who are severely disabled and who have great difficulty in getting about at present?

Mr. KELLAWAY

I would refer my hon. and gallant Friend to the answer given to the hon. Member for Eastbourne on the 13th instant.
