HC Deb 27 February 1919 vol 112 c2001W
Captain MOREING

asked the Postmaster-General whether he is aware of the inconvenience caused to the inhabitants of Bridlington owing to there being no delivery of letters before 10.30 a.m.; and whether he intends taking any action to restore the early delivery of letters?

Mr. ILLINGWORTH

The North Eastern Railway Company are restoring the 5.50 a.m. train from Hull on the 1st March next, and the first delivery of letters at Bridlington will then be due to commence at 8.10 a.m. instead of at 9.30 a.m. as at present.
