§ Sir KINGSLEY WOODasked the Minister of Labour whether an insured person who attained the age of seventy more than fifteen months ago, and thereupon ceased to be employed and to be insured under the National Health Insurance Act, is now entitled to claim the out-of-work donation?
§ Mr. WARDLEA person falling within this description would be entitled to out-of-work donation under the scheme subject to his satisfying the governing conditions. He must, among other things, be capable of work and be prepared to accept suitable employment if offered to him.
