§ Viscount WOLMERasked the Secretary of State for War whether soldiers who report sick with influenza are obliged to parade at 7 a.m. outside the medical officer's hut and, having been diagnosed as suffering from influenza with a high temperature, have to return to their quarters, 1984W pack up their kit, return it to store, parade again, and march to hospital; and whether, in view of the high death rate among influenza cases in the Army, he will consider the advisability of altering this procedure?
Captain GUESTI am not aware that such a procedure is followed, but telegraphic instructions have been issued to all military commands in case the practice does exist in any unit.
