§ Mr. BECKThe Government is ordering building material for house construction and for the numerous public works, such as hospitals, schools, etc., to be undertaken by local authorities. Details as to the distribution and supply of this material fall within the spheres of my right hon. Friends the President of the Local Government Board and the Minister of Munitions.
