Courtier-Forster, relating to the situation at Odessa under the Soviet Government; whether, according to his information, the facts are as stated; and, if so, whether he will consider the advisability of giving widespread circulation to the subject-matter, together with a selection of photographs, the authenticity of which can be vouched for, throughout all classes of people in this country?
§ Mr. BONAR LAWI have seen in the Press the communications referred to. Mr. Courtier-Forster's description of the situation in Odessa under the Bolsheviks, is in substantial agreement with reports received in the Foreign Office. These reports are not accompanied by photographs. Mr. Courtier-Forster's statements have already been widely circulated by the newspapers.
