§ Mr. BONAR LAWUnder the Peace Treaty the Power receiving a mandate for any of the former German Colonies is given the right to retain and liquidate all 1637W property rights and interests in that territory belonging at the date of the coming into force of the Treaty to German nationals, and Germany undertakes to compensate her nationals in respect of the sale or retention of such property rights and interests.
