PEELasked the Home Secretary whether he has received a petition, signed by 457 inhabitants of Felixstowe and Walton, praying for the return to her mother of Gladys Mabel Aldous, of Walton, who was sent to an industrial home on 20th November; and whether, in view of the statement of the doctor that the child was well cared for and clean, he will favourably consider her return to her mother, who is fully prepared to maintain her?
