§ Mr. FORSTERI would refer my hon. and gallant Friend to the reply which I gave on the 8th July to the hon. and gallant Member for Holborn and to the742W notice which appeared in the Press on the 25th ultimo, regarding the issue of war gratuities due to the estates of deceased soldiers.
