§ Sir A. GEDDESThe formation of a Ministry of Ways and Communications has not yet been authorised by law, and the Railway Executive Committee has no responsibility for ordering wagons. I have no figures to show the numbers of wagons ordered by the various companies, but know generally that it is considerable.
