§ Sir R. HORNEI have been asked to reply to this question. The Prime Minister has received a communication from the Lord Mayor of Bradford in the terms indicated by the hon. and gallant Member. The Government are keeping closely in touch with the situation, and are taking advantage of every opportunity to bring about a settlement.
