Friend is part of the general question of the treatment for Income Tax purposes of undistributed income, and, as I stated on the 31st ultimo in reply to a question asked by my hon. Friend the Member for Aylesbury, I do not propose to introduce legislation on this subject in anticipation of the relevant findings of the Royal Commission on the Income Tax.
