§ Mr. BALDWINI have been asked to reply to this question. The Income Tax Acts impose upon employers a legal obligation to render returns of their employés in accordance with conditions prescribed by the Acts. I am not sure that I appreciate the exact point which the hon. and gallant Member has in mind, but if he will communicate to me the particulars of any case arising out of this provision of the law, I will cause inquiry to be made.
