Gentleman promised to deal with on 27th March has been acceded to; and is he aware that Mr. Croome's cattle must starve if he is not permitted to use this hay?
§ Mr. FORSTERAs I informed my hon. Friend by letter yesterday, instructions have been given to the District Purchasing Officer of Supplies, Gloucester, that Mr. Croome's hay shall be released to him.
